Directions
Dampen attached applicator sponge or use latex gloves. Using a small amount either brush or rub into skin, one body part at a time. Allow colour to dry before direct contact with clothes or water. Re-apply for a deeper colour. Wash off when desired with soap and water. Contest Tip: Apply Muscle Juice or Muscle Sheen to lock in colour and highlight your physique.
