Directions

Dampen attached applicator sponge or use latex gloves. Using a small amount either brush or rub onto skin, one body part at a time. Allow colour to dry before direct contact with clothes or water. Reapply for a deeper colour. Wash off when desired with soap and water. If you desire a lighter tan colour, wash off with water thirty minutes after initial application. For deepest results apply directly over Pro Tan Competition Colour. Apply Muscle Juice or Muscle Sheen to lock in colour and highlight your physique.
