A body builder friend of mine recommended I try this and i'm glad i did. It feels a bit like a caffeine rush and is great to get you going for workouts. I seem to be able to work out longer and recover quicker too. I don't think this should replace a good diet and workout plan but is a great compliment to it. Although the affects are not very intense I'm going to take a break after my second tub.

I have just started on All american EFX Kre-A-Fem. It gives me a great energy boost during my workout and wears off after about an hour so perfect for me. I'm not taking the pill after as directed but i don't want to be awake all night, I go to the gym after work so finish quite late. I have no side affects to report and it starts working in about 20 mins. I would recemmend this product if you need some energy for your workouts.

At last a Creatine that i can use. I have been taking this for nearly a year and have noticed a significant boost in my endurance and strength when I train. I'm taking this religiously every training day and have yet to experience any side affects at all! Well done All American EFX, I will be recommending this to my friends

This didn't have any positive affect on me! After taking it for just over two weeks I've seen no increase in energy or muscle stamina. I haven't had any negative side affects like bloat, but I think i've wasted my money here. Maybe others will be better suited to this product.

After two days of use I feel really bad! First my stomach started to hurt, then I retch after 25-30 min. I thought it was food poisoning but i had eaten a jacket potato with salad! Day two, the exact same reaction! I've chucked them in the bin now and will not be trying them again in the future. they seem to work for some women, but unfortunately, not on me.

So far I have noticed a big difference in energy when I go to the gym. I am able to do more, for longer periods of time and I notice that I am starting to trim down. It doesn't make me feel bloated nor have I noticed any real side effects. I will be recommending this product to my friends. Thanks
