A good starter

I bought this to get me back upto where I was after losing a lot of weight through illness. It does what it says on the tub, but it's quite expensive. The 3.3lbs tub I bought didn't last much more than a week as each shake is 4 scoops and the scoop is about twice the size as the one I used with my Synergy ISO-7.
