The very best Multi vitamin for a bodybuilder in my opinion. I take on an empty stomach first thing, and being on low carb and calorie diet, I found this has helped in keeping my immune system stron in these cold winter months!

I am quite sure if its working because i use a variety of supplements at the moment ( Cyclone morning and after training,PHD Creatine, IMR,ON Slow release night protein). Of course my workouts are more focused, and i have made meaningful gains

This is my first time using animal pak. On first impressions i was suprised. Very good packaging and all your daily 11 tablets are in a bag for your convenience. Yes some of the pills are a bit big but it only takes 20-30 seconds to take them all and in this 20-30 seconds your getting every mineral, vitamin, enzymes, amino acids etc etc that ur body requires.

I take one packet every morning i wake up. If u think its expensive its not. You are getting a serious amout of tablets for your money and 44 days supply.

Bodybuilders years ago swore by this product as they still do today.

I feel good when i wake up now, i have energy all through the day, i dont get drowsy and ill be including animal pak in my daily routine from now on. Even though when u urinate it looks like a strobe light. Lol.

You should half these for your liver and kidneys sake! Take only on training days.

So far most of the multivitamins I have tried have made me feel sick and/or haven't done any of the things they promised. At first i was put off by the sheer size and amount, there's 11 pills and some of them are pretty big!! I soon began to have more energy, more motivation and none of the muscle cramps i was getting before. These pills are easy on the stomach and actually give the results promised so I'm happy to say they are the best multivitamin around and i now highly recommend them.

For the last two weeks i have been taking Animal Pack and the difference is outstanding. I was having real trouble getting down the gym after work, not now!! I have animal pack in the morning after breakfast and then Reflex Performance Matrix before my workout at the gym. Using this combo i feel great all day at work, more concentration than before and when I come to do my workout I'm actually enjoying myself!!! I am so glad i tried these they really have saved my training and help me a work too, would suggest you give these a go if your suffering from the 9 to 5 slump.

It makes me feel good and full of energy all day long. In my opinion its the best Multivitamin pack on the market.

Don't be put off by the size of these bad boys the results are worth it. It feels like your taking horse medicine but once the energy starts kicking in you'll be glad you persevered. You can feeI the results down the gym, I have more concentration and can lift longer than before. Remember to drink lots of water with these, they made me a bit dehydrated. My muscle cramps have gone since taking so worth a try if you suffer. Check out your urine, It's Bright yellow!! Apart from that i can't fault Animal Pack and recommend you try them straight away.

I'm halfway through my first animal Pack and already the results are fantastic, I've ordered my second already. The energy increase is amazing and i'm able to focus better as well and not just down the gym i'm noticing great results at work as well. After reading some of the reviews on this stuff i'm going to try stacking these with a pre work out. The pills are really big but don't let this put you off or you will miss out.
