Directions of use
- Mix 2 scoops (70g) with 250 to 300ml of a cold beverage; follow with 250ml of additional water to help absorption
- Loading Stage:
- For the first 5 days, take 2 servings daily; 1 serving upon waking up and 1 serving immediately after your workout
- For a non work out day, take 1 serving upon waking up and the second serving 12 hours later
- Maintenance Stage:
