Stay away from the Banana!

I didn't have any problems with chocolate malt, but Banana made me sick. now that my calorie deficit is over, ill go onto One Stop Xtreme which for me is better value.

OK the taste is not great, I bought chocolate malt and it was a bit rough, but it did not take long to get used to it and dose not bother me now.
Just at the end of my first 5kg tub and I've seen a strength gain all ready, a nice surprise as I'm on a calorie deficit. I'm happy that I'm losing fat but keeping muscle with this product.
For value this is good, but I think its a bit basic compared to some other products, for just £10 more(at the time of this review) I can buy One Stop Xtreme from Reflex and although I would only get 30 servings compared to 62 they have more then double the calories and will only need 2 a day, I would be getting a better vitamin and mineral profile and Crepure to boot, which I've wanted to buy anyway.
Ill give One Stop Xtreme a go next and if I'm not happy I will gladly go back to Atlas Lean Mass.

This tastes truly awful (I had the banana), at the recommended concentration it is exceedingly sweet, and not sugar sweet but that cloying sickly sweetness of artificial sweetener.
It mixes OK although there is a grittiness which I put down to the fibre although I've not had that with either Reflex Progen or USN diet fuel (both of which I would recommend).
It did seem to fill me up although that may be in part due to the appetite suppressing effect of the low level nausea you experience for an hour or two after drinking this stuff.
In short don't touch with a barge pole. If you feel you would still like to try it for yourself don't make the mistake I did and buy the 5 Kilo tub !!

Great price but dear me the taste is awful (Chocolate). Mixes well and is packed full of goodness but i have to keep going back to the taste. it smells like a mix of dog biscuits and cold beef, i had to mix it with 400ml of milk just to make it bearable. Perhaps the vanilla tastes better but i dont think i'll take the risk.
