Sesamax contains sesamin, one of the most abundant lignans in sesame seeds.

Sesamin has been shown to decrease fatty acid formation and increase hepatic fatty acid oxidation (fat burning). Sesamin can also positively impact HDL (good cholesterol) and reduces LDL (bad cholesterol). Sesamax is further enhanced with Flax Seed Oil, containing a rich source of EFA's like Omega 3 and Alpha Linolenic Acid (ALA). Flax Seed Oil has been well documented to support potent fat reducing and health promoting properties.

Directions

As a dietary supplement, take 1 softgel 3 times daily with meals. For added benefit take 2 softgel 3 times daily with meals.
