Cimac training dummy

Made of heavyweight canvas with reinforced stitching and brass plated rings. Can be mounted to a wall, door, tree etc. Three unfilled zipped compartments for holding dried beans etc, with a striking points diagram on the front.

Foam padding on natural wood base, covered with leather like material, spring loaded for practicing contact with hand and foot techniques. Secured to the wall with three dowel hooks.

This superb training aid stands 5.25ft high and weighs approx. 40kg.You can use the dummy to train in: Throws, Striking, Leg Locks, Arm Bar, Choke.
