I read about quercetin recently after developing food allergies. I bought it to increase my immunity and decrease reactions to certain foods & pollens. Bromelain enhances absorption of quercetin and reduces inflammation. Early signs are positive, my eyes are not swollen amymore and I feel a lot better generally.
