Directions
As a dietary supplement, take 1 or 2 capsules in the morning prior to breakfast and 1 or 2 capsules 6 hours later, each time on an empty stomach with 240ml of water. If you haven't used this supplement previously, begin by taking 1 capsule twice per day for 3 days prior to increasing the dose. Do not exceed 4 capsules in any 24-hour period.
