The best blender/shaker I have ever used

It's made of sturdy rigid plastic with a real heft to it. It doesn't feel like it'll crumble to puzzle pieces when there's frost outside. The cap and the screw threads on the top of the bottle are beautifully aligned and substantial. It screws on and off gracefully, none of this cursing and swearing when it jumps a thread. The cap itself is solid and has a ridge on it that "snaps" over the hole, so the chances of getting protein shake in your gym bag or all over yourself and the kitchen is greatly reduced. Last but not least, that blender ball is a genius idea. Far far FAR better than that pathetic "sieve" the other bottles have. I don't know why I wasted my time with any of the others.

I've used a few shakers, and this is the best by far. I have a couple of scoops of ice cream in with my protein shakes for a quick way to get some more calories into me. The mixing ball breaks up/mixes the ice cream with no problem and also my protein powder too. The quality of the Blender Bottle is top rank. Its has a good secure snap shut cap that stays open when its opened and also stays closed when its closed.
The quality of the materials used in the Blender Bottle are top rank and I can see the Blender Bottle lasting me for quite a few years.
I've had my Blender Bottle for almost 12 months now and it gets used every day, and apart from the Blender Bottle logo/transfer starting to wear off, the lid still screws on tight, the cap still snaps shut as securely as it did when new.
Another good feature of the Blender Bottle is that the measurements on it are moulded into the bottle so they won't wear off, unlike some of the cheaper bottles that have transfer lettering on them.
If you are wanting a shaker and are wanting one that will mix your supplement well and also one that will last a while, then the Blender Bottle should be at the top of your list.
