Express Whey has been in my shaker for about 3 months now. I go to the gym about 3 times a week and have noticed significant improvement in my overall tone and muscle development. I love the vanilla flavour because you can hardly taste the protein. Definitely recommend

After opening the tub the smell took me over and i couldn't stop myself sticking my finger in for a taste, Mmmmmm - It's great straight from the tub and even better in milk this is a real winner can't wait to get to the next flavour.

Thick and very filling a good bedtime shake. This should keep you full up all-night and will stop you getting catabolic. Strawberrys & Cream is the winning flavour for me now.

After only a couple days I can safely say the raspberry ripple flavour is stunning. Nice and easy to mix, easily the best tasting protein out there and great value for money!!!

Take two products to the gym? This mix of whey and casein is better than a plain whey and means you can just "shake 'n' go"
