Recommended Use

This is an ideal product for me, I spin several times a week, it is ideal for muscle repair without the calories. It tastes good and is really refreshing so I look forward to it after a workout, which also encourages me to rehydrate. I am using the Pineapple and Grapefruit which is favourite at the moment.

As far as the protein shake goes, it's OK. Low cal, low fat, high protein etc is good however, The taste isn't great. It's citrusy with the after taste of egg! Won't buy this again.

I find this product invaluable, as a lady on a weight loss program but also doing quite intensive workouts (Spin/running/resistance) I find it great for immediately after a workout. It is virtually fat and carbohydrate free but has plenty of protein for muscle repair without the calories. Tastes quite refreshing in orange and passion fruit, needs mixing well!
