I have been using this product since July 2011 and it is the best weight gain/post workout drink I have ever used. It mixes very well taste great but more importantly works. Along with a good diet supplemented with mass attack I have gained 8 pounds of solid muscle and all my lifts have significantly improved. I will continue to use mass attack as nothing else comes close.

Once again a quick delivery from the team at dolphin fitness. Great value for money, tastes good with both milk and water (Vanilla). Mixes okay in a shaker.

Great stuff been on it for about 3 weeks take two servings a day one in the morning and one post workout, feeling bulker already the only small gripe i've got with it, is the packaging and not the product itself. Says is the usage instructions take 3 rounded scoops per serving but does'nt come with a measuring scoop :( or so i thought, found it near the bottom of the tub!!! After spending the last 3 weeks using measuring scales!
