Best recovery product for CrossFit!

Have used a number of different products but found this to be good tasting and I have found my recovery from CrossFit workouts improved since using the product. Does froth a little bit when mixing but tastes refreshing.

I was suffering from muscle soreness sometimes for days after training so decided to go for a purpose built post workout drink. This product has a great profile but to be honest didn't greatly improve my recovery. It should also probably come with some free Gaviscon as it is very acidic. Guys, if you're really struggling with DOMS like I was then it's more than likely your training regime that needs adjusting and not your supplement. Stick to whey isolate.

Tasted weird, the mrs had a sip and said it tasted like sick. The rest went down the sink.
