BSN NO Xplode Recommended Use
- Recommended use to assess your tolerance
- As a dietary supplement, begin by consuming 1 scoop of NO XPLODE mixed with 5-6 oz of cold water. Vary the amount of water to achieve your desired flavor and sweetness level. Wait 30 minutes to assess your tolerance. If appropriate, after 30 minutes consume an additional 1 scoop mixed with 5-6 oz of cold water and assess your tolerance again.
- Recommended use on training days
- Once your tolerance has been assessed, mix 1-3 scoops with 5-18 oz of cold water and consume 30-45 minutes before training. Use approximately 5-6 oz of water per 1 scoop of powder. Again, vary the amount of water to achieve your desired flavor and sweetness level. To achieve maximum results take on an empty stomach (i.e., at least 2 hours after a meal or 1 hour after drinking a protein shake).
- Non-training days
- Mix 1 scoop with 5-6 oz cold water and consume on an empty stomach. For maximum results consume 120 oz water per day alongside a protein and carbohydrate-rich diet. Your body chemistry and weight will determine how long it takes to experience the initial effects of NO XPLODE.
- Many may notice energy, focus, and muscle-volumizing effects within 5-15 minutes of ingestion. These effects tend to become more pronounced every few minutes thereafter. First pre workout I've had .grape flavour really strong even when watered down.didnt notice any energy boost at all.also felt jittery & arms felt really weak.

Having worked my way through the whole tub I'm incredibly satisfied with the product BSN have produced.
Taken with around 400ml of water,1-2 scoops is more than sufficient.
Helps give the extra effort towards another rep and noticed a significant “pump” whilst training.
Take roughly 30 minutes before and should notice the effects. Would suggest drinking lots of water to stay hydrated!
Overall great product, start off with small does and increase to taste and effect.
Lemonade is awesome!

Great supplement. I have used it on and off for a couple of years and it never disapoints.
Really gets you energised for the gym and helps up the intensity of your workouts. Also has a good ingredient line up - not sure how much of each ingredient it contiains but some is better than none.
Highly recommended product!

Great price! The product didn't work for me at all - even after 3 scoops. The only thing it increased was the frequency of my visits to the bog =( I've moved onto Jack3d now, which is much better IMHO.

I bought a tub of fruit punch NO-xplode following recommendation from a friend and have been very pleased with the results.
There is a definite "pump" effect within half an hour or so of taking and I feel more energised throughout my workout. I've been able to break through plateaus and increase weight lifted where I had previously been stuck. I leave the gym feeling an looking more pumped up and satisfied with my workout.
The only downsides I have experienced are the effect this stuff had on my stomach. It's probably best not to stray too far from a toilet for the first few weeks of use although this does seem to have sorted itself out as I get used to the product. I have also noticed that my previously clear skin has become a bit spotty since using this although again this has settled down with increased water intake and getting used to the product and may be due to increased levels of testosterone from working out harder/more frequently than before.
In summary, a great product that definitely enhances your workout, just remember to increase your water intake and be prepared for a few extra visits to the loo!

I've used this product for years and it gives me a great buzz and focus before a workout. I wouldn't use it for a late gym session due to the high caffiene content. This also tastes better than some of the cheaper supplements which I find a bit sour.

won't ever train without it again......EVER! The drink in it's self gets me in zone with its unique tangy taste (raspberry and fruit punch......citrus is a bit lame tasting but still works) going off other reviews some like it some don't, it's defo worth the price here though just to find out if it is for you! I train, HARDER, then feel like I could do it all again! Need to take a minimum of 5 hours before your planned bedtime though, as it will keep you awake......you've been warned! oh and label says 1 - 3 scoops......I've never dared go for the three, 2 an' a bit is my max lol so plenty of servings for your £££££

I've been taking this for a couple of weeks as a pre workout now and I can really tell the difference compared to when I don't take it.
The pump is really good and makes me work hard in the gym and its a lot better value for money than other pre workouts which I've also tried such as SuperPump. I would say this is just as good and definitely worth buying every time.
not sure but cleans old tea stains off mugs without scrubbing

I bought this thinking it would have the same striking effect experienced when using NOS BLAST where I would be pumped up before the gum. I don't notice this effect with this product. I have worked out for longer before flagging but this could be placebo. I will go back to NOS BLAST to see if I get the pre-gym pump again or was it just my imagination!
