Tastes good, works well

Have been taking this before going to bed whilst using cytogainer after workout. Gained 3kg in 1 week. The chocolate tastes amazing. However it has given me some gas and stomach issue so will be getting another flavour next time. Mixes well also. Will continue to use until there is a better for gainer out there with lots of different proteins.

I like this product, i find it is good for bulking up if that is what your needs are,also i have noticed some strenth gains in the gym, when using two scoops in 700 ml of skimmed milk or water. I like the strawberry flavour and would rate true mass as a good supplement to improve physique. sd

recently i brought 2 tubs of true mass after wanting to try another product. i used to use USN hyperbolic mass but found it quite thick and heavy. i tried BSN true mass and the Taste was brilliant, not to thick and easy to consume. i brought strawberry and vanilla, strawberry was defiantly the better flavour and i put on 10 pound off 2 tubs with the correct diet. really recommend this product and will be purchasing it for myself again.

Have tried a few protein and mass gain powders before and this true mass is by far the best one I have used. Mixes really quickly and tastes like ice cream! I have one 3 scoop serving per day in 300 ml of milk and provides me with the extra calories I need, will definitely use again.

I like this supplement, the strawberry milkshake is my favourite it mixes easily and tastes good. I have found strength and physique gains using this supplement and would recommend it, also the cost is about right too. SD.

Probably the best weight gainer I've used. I train early morning and find this perfect to have on waking to give me the carbs and protein needed before I leave for my workout. Not full of low quality carbs like many others, mixes and tastes great.

i found this product to be effective in gaining size and physique, the strawberry flavour was the best tasting and mixes as well as any good supplement powders so would recommend this one.

What a fantastic Protein Shake! I've been using the product for 2 weeks and can see a big difference already! Also this product is by far the tastiest protein I've ever had, chocolate flavour with milk is delicious and could drink it for fun! Bit pricey but that is what you'd expect for good quality protein. Also fantastic delivery dolphinfitness!
