CNP Pro Mass is not to be confused with cheap weight-gain powders, this is a scientific approach to gaining lean muscle mass for those with a fast metabolism or poor appetite. Pro-Mass contains a proprietary blend of undenatured proteins in the form of undenatured, filterated whey and undenatured micellar casein, with complex carbohydrates.
CNP Pro Mass is low in saturated fat and lactose thus making it easier to digest. Pro-Mass can assist with increasing protein synthesis whilst reducing protein breakdown, due to it's optimum blend of fast and slow release protein.

CNP Pro Mass Contains
- Maltodextrin
- An easily digestible form of carbohydrate made from natural corn starch. Maltodextrin is the preferred carbohydrate used in energy foods due to its solubility, low taste profile, and quick absorption. Maltodextrin is the primary source of complex carbohydrates.
- Fibre
- A carbohydrate made up from the indigestible parts of plants, which passes through our digestive system relatively unchanged. There are two types of fibre - soluble and insoluble - and both will slow down the absorption of carbohydrates and proteins.
- Cold processed Whey Protein Concentrate
- Most whey proteins on the market are by products of the manufacture of cheese, milk is heated (above 160 degrees) where it separates into curds and whey. This denatured whey is then sold to blending houses filtered and sold to athletes. It has been denatured and there are no growth factors (lactoferins) left in the whey. CNP's whey protein has been cold processed retain the growth factors to stop the denaturing.
- Micellar Casein
- This is the only form of Casein (and costs three times the price of whey) proven to be anti-catabolic. This is because of its undenatured properties and slow release into the blood stream enabling amino acids to be on hand for the muscle to repair and grow.
- Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCT)
- Medium chain triglycerides are a shorter chain than the long chain triglycerides and are fats (9 calories per gram) that are easier to digest than other fats.
- The blend of proteins in Pro Mass is very important, the combination of whey (Fast acting) and Micellar Casein (Slow acting) allows a steady stream of amino acids (complete protein) into the blood stream for repair and growth.

I found that the extra calorie boost and added complex carbohydrates were very efficiant in my muscles recovery, it is very good for the money, i highly rate cnp products in general aswell

There are many fine mass gain supplements to choose from, this I feel, is not one of them. Although I saw some gains, there were a few significant problems such as the poor taste, which was chemical and left a slight sting in the throat. The directions for use also stated a very ambitious powder to liquid ratio which certainly produced a porrige more than a 'delicious shake'. The value however was still good as there is gains to be found in this product. But I think these gains can be found in better tasting supplements.

Does exactly what it says on the tin. A bit thicker than other shakes such as USN and SCI-MX. Tastes sweeter too but overall is good.

I wanted a product that could replace an evening meal after the gym and this product does everything I want. The vanilla flavour mixed it with milk tastes nice but not tried it with water. Good product for the price.

Bought this product as a change from the oringinal mix I was using and have found this is significantly better. I am noticing an imporvement in myself even after only having used it for about 2 weeks now. Tastes great when mixed with skimmed milk but takes a little bit of mixing. If someone is looking to bulk up quickly then I would certainly recommend this product.

Excellent value lean weight gainer, best value for money i have seen. notable lean muscle gaines in 3-4 weeks of use, chocolate tastes great with semi skimmed milk, im yet to try other flavours. definitely will be buying again.
