CNP Pro Peptide is an advanced blend of bioactive fast and slow proteins (Whey protein high fraction concentrate, Hydrolysed whey, Egg white and micellar casein) that provide both anabolic and anti-catabolic properties, meaning less wasted protein and better protein utilisation.
Also included in CNP Pro Peptide are probiotic organisms (friendly bacteria), which assist in protein metabolism leading to improved nitrogen retention (the perfect environment for muscle growth) and maintaining a healthier digestive system.
A high concentration of peptide-bonded glutamine ensures a superior absorption of this vital amino acid. CNP Pro Peptide is low in fat and lactose allowing further ease of digestion, is the most advanced protein supplement on the market today and is ideal for the health conscious individual to the serious athlete.

CNP Pro Peptide compound information
- Micellar casein (milk protein) is an undenatured slow released protein, medically proven to be anti-catabolic (stopping muscle breakdown).
- Whey protein high fraction concentrate is an undenatured fast released protein containing higher levels of growth factors than normal whey protein concentrates.
- Hydrolysed Whey is the most digestible whey protein, which is partially pre-digested for better absorption allowing the body to use it's complete range of amino acids for faster absorption and recovery. This is the first of the fast and slow proteins.
- Whey protein is a by-product from the manufacture of cheese due to the heat-treating of milk (curds and whey). A lot of the growth factors and the amino acid cysteine become deficient because of this process. CNP's proteins are cold processed
- Peptide Bonded Glutamine is an amino acid that promotes a healthy gut, increases growth hormone and is the highest amino acid found in human muscle (It would be very hard to get enough glutamine in the system from food alone).
- Amino acids are absorbed by molecular weight and peptide bonded amino acids are heavier than free form.
- Egg White has a high level of the amino acid cysteine, which is a key amino acid in maintaining muscle mass and helps protect the liver. Cysteine (Non Essential Amino Acid) plays an important role in the production of Glutathione ("Glue-toe-thigh-own") (a small protein), which is the bodies primary anti-oxidant, which neutralises free radicals and enhances the immune system which is important in the manufacture of muscle growth.
Directions of use
- Add 3 scoops to 450mls of cold water
- Consume two or three times daily

I get through two to three tubs of this a month. My body composition has improved dramatically while using this product. Down from 234lbs with 36'' waist to a lean 216lbs with a 33'' waist.
I know that it's expensive relatively speaking, but results cost money. Bottom line!

CNP Pro-Peptide is still the best timed release protein on the market.
The Good, The Bad and The Ugly ... production of protein powders
Review posted on 11 Aug 2011
http://cnp-professional.com/connolly_better_protein.php This link is to one of Phil Connolly's discussions about CNP protein powders. He is an American biochemist (believe that's correct) with numerous protein patents and well-established credentials in nutrition, dairy products and proper processing. His claims correspond closely with Frenchman Yves Boirie whose studies are possibly the most contemporary and best substantiated research on milk as the base material for becoming the Gold Standard in Protein, replacing, as I understand it, the egg which held that status for decades ... elements of his studies reveal the critical nature of how milk is process which are covered in the above link. Read that and then Google Boirie research or more of Connolly's articles for a better understanding of why protein powders like CNP are well worth considering. BTW I'm a consumer not an employee or owner, retired and living in the Mont Blanc area where my wife and I spend much of our time in the backcountry and depend on lightweight, high quality protein to speed up recovery. And for me this stuff tastes fine but I'm not a dilettante when it comes to nutrition ... good wine is another issue.

GREAT for breakfast and before bed!
Pro-peptide has helped me on my way to putting on a fantastic 15kg of lean mass in 3 years.
Highly recommended!

This is probably the best protein supplement I have used (and I have used a lot of protein supplements). The digestability is second to none, it won't leave you bloated or give you stomach cramps even if you have lactose intolerance.
Fabulous Stuff!

I have always used CNP; particularly the Pro-Peptide. It is a great blend of proteins and I like the added glutamine. This chocolate-mint flavour is absolutely exceptional! The only quibble I would have is that unless I blend it is is difficult to "de-lump" in a shaker. Nit-picking, I know ;-)

Lives up to the hype

After hearing such good things about this. I finished my usual brand an decided it give it go. Well yes it does live up to the hype. the Vanilla tastes fantastic, really nice. In my opinion this product is worth the extra money. If want a really thick shake then add milk but be warned it's almost too thick to drink!!
