CNP Pro Recover Key Ingredients
- Glucose
- Glucose elevates the blood sugar levels very quickly, which causes the pancreas to release the hormone insulin. Insulin's function is to regulate the blood sugar levels by removing the high sugar and Pro Recovers fast acting protein's, these are taken out of the blood (with the sugar) and are delivered to the muscles where they are required.
- Hydrolysed Whey
- The most digestible whey protein (hydrolysed), which is partially pre-digested for better absorption allowing the body to use it's complete range of amino acids for faster absorption and recovery.
- Whey Isolate
- A higher percentage form of protein (over 90%).
- Hydroylsed and Isolate whey

Best tasting supplement I have ever tried. In my opinion it tastes better than many regular (non diet) chocolate milk powders! Excellent for post workout.

Best tasting protein powder I have ever tried. No other protein powder comes even close to tasting this good in my opinion (and I have tried at least 30 different protein powders from various brands). I even think it tastes better than many (non diet / non high protein) regular chocolate milk powders!

I use an Concept2 erg regularly and find the CNP PR very useful for replenishing fluids after. I do some hard sessions and can say that I don't feel as fatigued afterwards (or the next day) since I started using PR. This large tub is excellent value compared to other sites, and is about the same as 4 of the smaller tubs for only 3x the cost. It's 63 servings in this tub, so it's 16 weeks supply for me as I train 4x a week, so that's not bad for the price. I've only tried Strawberry, a friend has tried chocolate but is going back to strawberry next as the chocolate is perhaps not as refreshing.

One of if not the best taste i've had, also without doubt the best for mixing with the shaker bottle. Would recomend anyone to try this product.

I bought a 5kg tub of this and it lasted ages due to the fact you only need take it after any exercise and not religiously twice a day-unless you train twice a day! The chocolate tastes amazing, the most like a good milk shake i've tasted so far - even mixed with water! On the nutritional benefits side, a hit of pro recover brings my energy levels right back up after a workout and really helps boost muscle recovery. You get a little extra hit of protein, bcaas and carbs, plus you can stack with other creatine products as this has none.

This Product does just as you expect. Recovery is good after a hard session. It mixes well and tastes great! I look forward to finishing my session just so I can enjoy my shake. Also good if you take creatine seperately or are cycling off creatine as this product does not contain Creatine.
