Best tasting protein supplement in my opinion (apart from Pro-Recover which also has carbs)! I could feel the beta-alanine within minutes.

Very convenient and great tasting. All flavours taste very good, almost like fruit juice in my opinion. I felt the effects of the beta-alanine within minutes of taking this product.
i'll take these over pro-gf anyday for tatse

I am a fan of most CNP products & really do find these quick & simple to use with no risk of tummy upset or feeling like you going to throw it stright back up. I personally dont feel the tingle & heat like for instance pro-gf but i do seem to have better workouts or game of football when i take one of these. Price wise it is a little excessive but taste good (unlike pro-gf) & if your working out 3x a week then 25 quid for months supply is not too bad.

Received this product free with one of my orders. Gave it a try and was very pleased. Tasted good, easy to drink and contains plenty of protein for pre workout or any other time during the day to top up your protein intake. Would consider buying a batch to have in the cupboard as a quick alternative to a shake or bar.
