Gym 4 days a week and two meals a day. 2 pills before breakfast lunch and dinner and i've lost 10lbs in the first three weeks. I'm really not even hungry when it comes to meal times and i have to force food down. I'm full of energy all day and love going to the gym now. What a great product, if things carry on like this i'll be at my target weight in a couple of months. I was pleasantly surprised and will use these again.

These are the best pills i've tried for increasing metabolism and giving you more energy. Now I'm very enthusiastic at the gym and love my workouts, before they were a real chore. They do a great job a suppressing my appetite and with a good eating plan you will definitely see some good results. I would have trouble keeping up my workout plan if it wasn't for these. I recommend these to all my friends.

I'm a big fan of these, take 1 or 2 before you work out and it's like having 10 cups of coffee. I can go for much longer a the gym and I have a reallty intense work out when i take these. I sweat like a beast as well which is great for getting all last nights toxins out. don't take them in the evening if you want to sleep, I had a late session at the gym and without thinking just popped 2 of these as per my normal routine.... Mistake, I didn't fall asleep till the early hours then of course beep beep beep time to get up!! Another thing to lookout for, make sure you drink loads of water or you'll get the worst headache you've every had, no joke!!

I sweat like crazy when i take these, and i can't sit still. I'm full of energy and have to go to the gym every night now. This means that i'm loosing weight at a good rate and i'm getting lots more done than before. I don't feel the side affects people are talking about, shaking etc and i'm having no trouble sleeping at night.

I lost 10lbs in 3 weeks taking these. That's with out working out! My appetite was suppressed to the point of having to force myself to eat something. I was sweating lots so watch out for that. Even after i stopped taking these it took a long time for my appetite to return. A great product definitely worth a try.

Xenadrine has been my summer body friend for a few years now. I'm sure you know what i'm talking about, every winter i put on 8 / 10 lbs over winter and need a little help getting it off before summer. Xenadrine has been perfect for this every year. It normally takes me just 3/4 weeks to get back in shape. A word of caution though stay off the tea and coffee or you can forget sleeping!! Great stuff , would recommend this to anyone.

I love these pills, they are a great energy boost for the day. I don't drink coffee and these set me up nicely for the day I only take two sometimes three in the morning ( i couldn't imagine what would happen if i took the prescribed amount of nine pills!!) I'm not looking to loose weight and i'm sure the two i take in the morning are basically the equivalent of couple of cups of coffee.

These are a great way to get you started on a diet. Take these for a couple of months to help suppress your appetite and get you used to eating less and doing more. Then when you see some positive results come off them and stick to your new diet and exercise routine. They are a great quick fix but i wouldn't recommend you spent more than a few months on them at a time.

Took two of these pills @ 3pm the day they arrived. This may have been a little enthusiastic as I didn't get to sleep till 3am after going to bed at midnight. I felt amazing throughout the day, Full of energy and really happy but i take them in the morning now. It recommends you take 3 pills but i think i would go mental if i did this so i'm sticking with two. I lost 5 lbs in the first week so i will recommending these to my friend who's also looking to drop a few pounds.

I have been taking this for 2 weeks now and for the first week i was getting jittery and having slight headaches but on week two they are gone. I normally get hunger pains about lunch time and really look forward to eating, not anymore. I feel more energized than normal and are happy to get up and do stuff that i used to avoid doing ( anything physical basically ). I'm also drinking loads of water which is good because didn't before. I have lost around 6 lbs so they are working but not as fast i was expecting.
