I have been using this for a while and it is great. If taking properly you will see max gains. I have one scoop right after my workout and another before bed time. As for the taste it can not be beaten.

bought vanilla and strawberry and didn't have any gains in mass or strength while on it. optimum nutrition casein is the best. i bought the choc and the vanilla and both are excellent taste.

i tried 2 flavours and found them both taste like chalk, banana and strawberry. optimum nutrition casein is better.
