if you don't to take any Monosodium glutamate go for it, taste good and there are not many protein milkshake without MNG in the market for that price.

This is by far the number 1 FOR taste quality mixability.....its a shame they don't import it no more.....but yeah it is the BEST....Trust me I've tasted loads and loads of Protein shakes and this is the best

Previous reviews of this barked on how great the taste is - this is one of the things that made me pick this version over the lesser version by the same make. There is only one flavour.
Unfortunately I am not of the same opinion. I mix with water personally, mainly because I prefer to have this straight after a workout, usually in the Steam room afterwards! So therefore do not have milk to hand.
This may taste better with milk, but it is not so great with water. I am getting used to it though, so will probably stick with it - just worth bearing in mind.
