Recommended Use

Great tasting, i add a spoon of peanut butter. I mix with a blender and the tastes like a real milkshake

The taste was ok (chocolate), but it wasn't the best tasting I have ever had. It also mixed poorly with both milk and water even when left to disperse after using in a shaker. However, after using it for about three days I noticed that my stomach seemed swollen. Bottom line, this one isn't for me.

Dymatize Elite Gourmet protein is one of the best protein drink that i have tried. Would recommend nice taste and it does not make you blotted like other protein powders.

Cookies & Cream:
Mixing: 10/10 - not clumps of undissolved Whey, just lil chocolate cookie crumbs! Very creamy in water and skimmed milk! perfect!
Price: Perfect price for good quality protein and 73 scoops lasts me ages - (2-3 scoops a day) Normally around 6 weeks a container of this size! So £5.33 a week average!
effectiveness: Protein is protein, I find It fills me up and not leaving me bloated! Easy on the stomach. Good blend of Whey and Casein.
If your at work, you can take 2 scoops in the morning and by the time you finish work you will just be ready to eat your next meal.
So for any of you who work 8 hour shifts with no breaks or short breaks where you don't have the time to grab a bite to eat - this will keep you filled up till the end of your shift. providing you are eating healthy in the morning i.e complex carbs, omegas, protein and hydrated... This is a good cheap protein for you!

I've been using the Dymatize elite whey and gourmet whey for a while for a few simple reasons
1. Its by far one the better tasting protein's out there
2. It doesn't upset my stomach or give me the runs like I have had from other brands
3. Its simple, 24g of protein per scoop with not alot of filler
4.Its priced well compared to other products in the same family with 70 servings per tub

I have tried loads of different products from different brand (Famous or less famous), and they ranged from:
- So sweet, it feels like i'd loose a tooth everytime I took a sip.
- Aweful flavour, and I could only drink the mix iced.
Dymatize is by far the best tasting product I had, which is important considering I'm taking it daily (One my non-workout days) and twice daily (On my workout days). Mocha, Chocolate, Vanilla and Berry, all taste great! High in calories too, which is perfect!
Highly recommended.
If youre thinking Dymatize powder, get this!

For over six years I repeat bought the regular dymatize low carb powder in choc mint, but then because I req a powder with a good BCAA profile I switched to this. I will never go back to the original now. Why? This is mainly for 2 reasons - the BCAA support DOES do what it says (better recovery) and the main reason is that this has no artificial sugar aftertaste AT ALL. Which is the bug bear of most powders. So this would be my first place powder. (second being met-rx in Banana)
