Sorry to say this is disgusting, it was free so not complaining! Good idea though, shame it doesn't taste nice.

Tastes like medicine. There are many other ways to get your protein fix that are better than this.

Smells very bad. Only tastes slightly better than it smells.

I think the little plastic bottle it comes in actually adds to the bad smell/taste. But even poured out onto a spoon wasn't something I'd try again.

it was the free gift but to be honest you'd even struggle to give it away. I wont bother if offered it again as a free gift.

tasted a bit too sweet for me. the taste was not that nice either. would deffintely try other flavours though but would not buy this

Good for on-the-go, delivers adequate amounts of protein for such a little bottle. Though I have to admit that the taste is absolutely horrible

thought i would try these as a little protein boost mid morning & afternoon. They taste(fruit punch) not too bad & to be honest if rank it gone in a mouthful which always helps. I got these as wanted to lower my carbs & calories through the day but the shame is with liquid protein you just dont feel satisfied or half full after one like you do with a bar or shake. A good product but I think i'll stick to my muscle pharm protein gels.

The taste was awful. A cross between liquorice, redbull and the yellow medicine you'd get from the doctors as a child.

That said, my appetite was instantly suppressed so take from that what you will.

There would have to be a lot riding on the bet for one to pass my lips again though...

A very good solution when you can not have with you a shaker with protein, or a meal and has nice taste
