Being on a protein diet I often find too little time to prepare meals and then this protein comes very in handy as a meal replacement. High in protein and with virtually no carbs or fat has been helping me to keep my daily protein intake. Mixes very well, tastes great (some may find it too sweet), it's easily digestible. Overall great buy! Would recommend to anyone on a low carb and fat diet.

My first an the last experience with protein was in 2001 when I used Weber Megamas which contained 70 gr of sugar on 100 gr of products (This was the only shit available those days in South of Russia). Well, those day I was not reading the nutrition fact label and simply worming after each cup. After that I remember I had no time for sport and so on.
Imagine that 10 years after I was very surprised to get Dymatize ISO-100 which is PURE protein! I'm not going to gym, but this protein is help me to move to vegetarian style of life. Easy to prepare - easy to drink, good feeling and no hunger even on vegetarian diet.

Well what can I say about this product other than its amazing taste and absorbtion rate. I am converted to Dymatize ISO due to the fact its perfect for diet-watchers out there and also no upset stomach due to its perfect mixability. Its a little on the expensive side but I will be purchasing this every time because its worth every pound that put into it.

I must say that in the definition phase, where you need to control carbohydrates and fats, this product is excellent, easy to digest, but! powerful in the success of its task, Good integrity, good result, I hope it is available again ... Highly recommended ..
