- For a rich, creamy shake, combine the contents of each packet with 450 ml of cold water or skimmed milk.
- Depending on the thickness of the shake you desire, use more (550 ml) or less liquid (350 ml)
- Mix thoroughly in a blender or shaker for 45 seconds
- Myoplex is ideal anytime of day when you need a protein rich supplemental shake. Athletes who engage in intense, regular exercise should consume at least 3 litres of water per day
- Drink an additional 500 ml of water for each 1/2 kg of weight lost during exercise
- Consult with a physician prior to use if you have any medical conditions
