Myoplex Recommended Use
- Myoplex offers a comprehensive, convenient and economical tool you can use, day in and day out, to provide your body with the nutrients you need for your active lifestyle.
- For a rich, creamy shake, combine the contents of each packet with 450 ml of cold water or skimmed milk.
- Depending on the thickness of the shake you desire, use more (550 ml) or less liquid (350 ml)
- Mix thoroughly in a blender or shaker for 45 seconds
- Myoplex is ideal anytime of day when you need a protein rich supplemental shake. Athletes who engage in intense, regular exercise should consume at least 3 litres of water per day
- Drink an additional 500 ml of water for each 1/2 kg of weight lost during exercise
- Consult with a physician prior to use if you have any medical conditions
- Do not use if pregnant or lactating

A great product that has helped me reach my goal of increased lean muscle mass. EAS Myoplex mixes well in a blender or shaker and makes for a great after workout shake or meal replacement. Highly recommended
