This is the only protein blend I will ever touch. Clean and pure. With it's high glutamine content this is a very effective protein. The only one I will take, it's nice and clean and the taste is not as bad as people say. Great for hard gainers. I recommend this to all my friends over the obvious powders that everyone seems to take.

Such good value and great results. I've been steadily gaining each week after making this part on my regime. The taste is pretty good but not the best, it's silly to expect these thing to taste amazing your not taking it because you like the flavour. It mixes easy in a shaker so no complaints from me there.

This protein has a great nutrient profile, ingredients include HMB and Kre Alkalyn. If you take into account the fact that it has creatine in it the taste is pretty good really. I think it could contain more protein but this is a small complaint compared to the results I've had.
