Extreme Nutrition Extreme Protein (2000g)
Extreme Nutrition Extreme Protein (2000g)
When we consume protein the body breaks it down into Amino Acids for digestion.
There are 22 amino acids in the human body and they all serve different purposes creating different responses and hormonal reactions. No food can supply amino acids in the ratio which the body requires to allow muscle growth and proper recuperation from intense exercise, the only way this can be done is by blending proteins to create an amino acid content replicating that found in human muscle tissue. Extreme Protein contains a blend of four protein sources, designed to offer a time released supply of all 22 amino acids into the blood stream. Take before bed or during the day at work so you know that when you aren't able to go and mix up a Whey every couple of hours, you still have amino acids entering your bloodstream. Extreme Protein is ultra low in lactose and sodium and is also easy to drink due to the fact it doesn't have an overly sweet or chemical taste.
Directions
Extreme Nutrition believe protein consumption cannot simply be a standard serving size applying to everyone. Protein is stored within the muscles so a 120kg muscular athlete can digest more protein than an equally muscular athlete of 70kg! Our quoted serving size of 35g would apply to most gym goers and athletes looking to aid recovery after exercise. For anyone carrying large amounts of muscle or indulging in particularly intense training sessions we would advise an increase protein intake or to enhance the protein content and quality of a solid mass.
