Fitness Equipment (and bulky items) delivery / returns
Due to nature of these items we will make every effort to contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time. In some cases DolphinFitness.co.uk normal shipping rates may not apply. If this is the case individual shipping rates are calculated based on the “ship to” address. In such cases we will email you the approximate shipping charges for these items within 2 working days. After receiving the shipping estimate, the order is shipped only after you approve the shipping quote. Please note that the purchaser must sign for receipt of the order.
For fitness equipment returns please contact mail@DolphinFitness.co.uk or call customer care on 0871 408 86 90 (local rate call) Monday - Friday 9:30 - 18:30. We will fully reimburse agreed returns made due to faulty goods or an error on our part, but we reserve the right to charge you for recovery of the goods in the event of a cancellation. If you have any doubts please contact our customer care team for advice.
Please note that fitness equipment must at all times be used only in accordance with manufacturers instructions and only after thoroughly reading and understanding those instructions. No one should undertake any form of exercise without first consulting their doctor or specialist and agreeing with them that it is safe for them to do so.
