Garnell Anabolic Mass (1800g)

Anabolic Mass has been designed as a carbohydrate and protein drink for use either prior to or post work out.

Based on the successful Whey-Gain formula, Anabolic Mass provides mixed chain maltodextrins as a source of carbohydrates, and derives its protein from 3 ingredients including whey protein concentrate from cross flow, micro filtered and ion-exchange whey. As with Whey-Gain, Garnell Nutrition have also included a powerful blend of multivitamins and minerals.

Directions

Add 100g (4 scoops) to 1 pint (560ml) of cold skimmed milk or cold water, then mix to taste. (this recommended serving will make a large rich shake, however you may wish to consider 1/2 or 3/4 servings, which may be easier to consume post workout.)
