being a hardgainer i have tried several weight gainers in the past... But this by far has given me the results i wanted. I have only been taking it for 10 week and have managed to pile on 2 stone without even eating as much as i should. This is the most effective supplement i have tried for adding that extra weight... Love it!

Good taste and consistency when mixed with skimmed milk, Would probably be a bit heavy with full fat milk though.
Easy to mix in a shaker which is helpful as I often work a long way from civilisation.
Overall the best weight gain product I've used.

Having tried several shake mixes to try and help build mass I decided to try AM2. I train twice a week and a lean 10 stone needed something to help achieve results.
This is the only mix that I have found to see results fast. Easy to mix and actually tastes good. Good instructions on label telling you to cut down useage if under a certain weight. Will definately keep using this product especially at this price
