Is it as good as it appears?

Well everyone that knows me knows my love for the high quality products from Garnell - so how was the Creatine? For those who have used understand the facts and myths & those who have not need to know the basic. As it goes in a short verion - a serving before and after workout is required. It is gritty and has a distint taste, it is recomended to drink with juice to disgard the taste and to help with the absortion. I mix mine with the GN whey. This product is alot finer than some other brands which has a texture of sand, but thats the nature of the beast. For begineers it provides energy/water for the muscles which allow you to work harder in the gym without getting exhausted and therefore get better results - it is not going to do anything with out the hard work...theres alot more to it than that so read up on all suppliments before taken them. The only setback is the following day you may feel more sore than usual, so take your Garnell BCAA before and after workout to sort this out. Think of it as watering a plant and watch it grow. It will, make you really thirsty so drink alot of water throughout the day. Hope this is of some use. Regards Chin
