High Performance Whey has been specifically formulated for rapid absorption.

Providing a blend of high quality protein sources, including a proprietary blend of whey protein concentrate and whey protein isolate with L-Glutamine. High Performance Whey uses protein sources demonstrating the highest biological values, meaning that more protein is assimilated, resulting in higher synthesis and greater nitrogen retention, fuelling the body for maximum recovery and growth.

This premium grade formula contains an excellent amino acid profile including the BCAA�s leucine, isoleucine and valine, which are oxidised during muscle contraction, volumisation and repair. The formula has also been enriched with additional glutamine.

High Performance Whey provides a rapidly absorbed, easy to mix and great tasting source of quality protein.

Directions

Add 1 and 1/2 scoops (32g) to 250ml of cold skimmed milk (or iced water), blend or whisk, ready for use. Take 1-3 servings per day. One serving recommended after training.
