Muscle-building Amino Acids
Each serving of High Performance Whey will deliver 25g of protein and contains an excellent pool of amino acids, including the branch chain amino acids leucine, isoleucine and valine which can be oxidised during exercise. In addition, Garnell Nutrition has further enhanced the nutritional properties of the product by providing added glutamine. Collectively these amino acids are extremely important for protein synthesis, preventing muscle breakdown and play a significant role in muscle construction, volumisation and repair in conjunction with your training regime.

High Performance Whey is a premium supplement made from a blend of whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate and Glutamine offering up to 78g of protein per 100g product. Analysed dry matter, this equates to 82g per 100g, put simply “a particularly high percentage of protein”.

I have now brought tried and tested all of the flavours for over a year now. They all taste good and mix well, chocolate tastes the best but takes a few more shakes than the others to get smoother - great at bedtime mixed with milk for slow release. Banana has the highest protein content and is not over powering or artificial in flavour. Strawberry is really nice too. I buy them all and mix and match when I want a change but I will stick with this product 100%. The new chocolate chip cookie tastes like choc and coconut so if you are not sure get a tester first - This is probably the best tasting one when blended with muesli/oats at breakfast. I also split the scoup servings 50% choc/banana, strawberry/vanilla and my favourite mix is strawberry/banana which is like the fruit salad sweets. Such a versatile drink mixed with water or milk with lean results and good taste - why drink the chalky options?

Great taste mixes well, tried all of the flavours Vanila is a little strong in flavour. However it mixes well with musslie and porridge at breakfast. Both Chocolate and Strawberry are really good, just started the Banana and I was not let down by the flavour its great and not artificial like other banana shakes. Very good high Protein - I have been using it for over a year now and achieved good lean results its not packed with 'filler' like other brands to which make you big and fat. It can also be used as a meal replacement if reducing fat & increasing muscle is also your goal. Love it. Regards Chin
