Directions
For regular supplementation following normal training routines take 1 heaped teaspoon (5g) dissolved in a glass of juice immediately after training. For maximum effect following an intensive training program increase the above, with up to 2 heaped teaspoons (10g) dissolved in a glass of juice, take between meals, i.e. twice a day.
