after trying lots of various brands...... i felt so bored of the weird flavours of all of them... i tried this one.... its amazing... go for banana flavour... its so refreshing...... trust me just like mcdonalds milk shake... wow...

after reading so many great reviews about this product i thort id try for myself and i wasnt let down.it mixes brilliant and taste great with just water,ive noticed a difference in my body shape since using this product alond with a solid diet and training.would highly recommend and will defently purchase again! p.s bannana flavour is awesome!!

I've tried both the strawberry and chocolate one before I bought the chocolate peanut one from here and believe me when I say this, they are the best tasting shakes on the market as well as being very effective. Similar to the Nesquik powder you can buy in shops. If you are looking for a shake that will help you build lean muscle and taste great, this is it. It has 70% protein per serving which is good, not the best but along with the taste it makes it my choice of protein shake. Other shakes may have 80% protein per serving but taste awful. This is great if you are serious about building a better body. Remember that this is a supplement, eating chicken and good quality protein foods ALONG with this shake to make up the amount of grams you should have daily (2g per pound of bodyweight a day minimum) is the way to go. An amazing body is built from nutrition and food more than it is in the gym.
Overall, a superb all round shake, I challenge you to find anything better for the price, effectiveness and taste.

Just got my 2nd tub of this Milk choc flavour and lets just say its the next best thing to a milkshake great taste and the results are coming threw now. Use this with super pump250 and your on your way to great results. Picking up another tub of 250 i just cant get enough of the stuff great workout great pumps watch them veins popping out from all over the place. Try it you wont regret it trust me
