Recommended Use
- Take 2 capsules on an empty stomach upon waking with water
- Take 2 capsules 30 minutes prior to lunch with water
- To assess tolerance consume 1 capsule twice per day for the first 7 days
- For an explosive workout, take 2 capsules prior to training
- Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day

I have used this product before and it's always helped. I find it gives me a great boost for my workouts and helps me loose some unwanted podge.. I don't drink coffee or caffeinated drinks (unless there's alcohol inside them) so the caffeine in here hits me pretty strongly. I'll take one pill in the morning and maybe another one before an evening workout. But in the meantime I'll be using it sparingly and enjoy the results.

This product really works. Don't have huge energy from it, but I am definitely losing weight. Other than a slight burning sensation in my throat after swallowing there are no other side effects and would recommend this product to others.

Been taking these for about a week and a half now and I'm already seeing results. Visibly I look leaner than I did before and due to the high amount of caffeine I'm more alert and focused. I would recommend this product to anyone looking to burn fat and wake up.

Been taking these about a week and I'm seeing results already. You do have to still keep up the intensity in the gym but it should always be an intense workout. This is also the second time I have had these fat burners and you don't buy something again if it doesn't work. I would recommend these to anyone who is looking to strip fat/in a cutting phase.

Only been using Thermo Detonator for about 3 weeks but have seen definite in my weight and fat loss. It definitely helps to suppress the appetite but also gives extra oomph during training, well it did for me anyway. Only take 3 a day as i think this is enough rather than the 4. Have another couple of weeks on it so will see what the final outcome is then but impressed so far. Also used in conjuncton with the 50 calibre sample sent with it, now there's a good pre-workout concoction. Definitely recommend.

It's best quality and must effective. I have tried different products but for me grenade is the best.
