Grenade Fat Burner

havent actually finished my course of these yet so cant really comment for another month, but theres defo some weight lose from when i started so must be working

As far as metabolic boosters go this one is certainly more effective than others I've tried previously (admittedly my eating habits could be more strict). This could also be down to more consistent application and better goal setting too? Obviously the product is easy as chips to take and I've not had any adverse side effects bar the odd minor headache when a combo of Grenade and lack of water causes dehydration. Rehydrating cures things rapidly enough! As a post 40-gym trainer I no longer enjoy the percs of a young metabolism so have been reasonably impressed with the result (better definition in areas). Stubborn fat buildup, gut and thighs shows little sign of improvement (but then I'm not prepared to diet so strictly that I lose all my muscle mass (and I know I will!).

The youngsters in the gym, tell me it's the best they've used too... (they have the 6-pack to prove it too!).

great product,cheaper than maximuscle thermobol and better in my opinion,seen weight loss in first week alone. and that is without using full daily dosage,and not following my workout plan in full due to work commitments. all i can say is GET ON IT........

when i was looking for fat burners i looked at all products when i read all reviews they sounded just what i was looking for but i maybe one of the unlucky ones that they didnt have that effect on me i followed the instructions but nothing happened.

Have been taking for a week now, would strongly recommend starting with one capsule twice a day to start as these are very buzzy and do cause alot of sweat which doesn't look good when you wear a suit to work!! Also they seem to cause headaches for about an hour or so but copious amounts of water does help to overcome this but then you end up spending most of the day looking for a toilet!! Now on four a day and pleased with the results, will probably buy again!

i read a lot of reviews before purchasing and unfortunately i was the 'one' it didnt work for. it made me feel ill, i suffered with nausea, headaches and overall my body ached and felt very tired.

i so wanted it to work as i bought two packs having faith it would.

i know they do work as i used them years ago and i had lost weight, all i can say is buy one pack and you never know it might work for you.

been using for 2 weeks now, you can feel these kick in i take 1 in the morning and 2 before training,i train harder feel better, though the weight comes off and you feel these work throughout the day, dont take too late in day found it hard to sleep through the night now and again

I bought these more as a keep me awake Pill as I don't really believe in the fat burning pills as a whole. These are are seriously seriously strong pills to put it mildly!!

I usually drink around 2 liters of caffeinated drinks a day, and am still always tired, so I have a pretty high tolerance for CAFFIENE. The first day I had one in the morning and didn't notice much, so tried 2 at lunch and I've genuinely never felt so buzzing in my life!! These have a higher hit than many illegal substances, and I felt genuinely concerned about heart attacks!

So I would advise NOT to take the 4 a day as recommended as I genuinely don't think it's safe.

I now take one in the morning and sometimes one at lunch if I've been on my usual 4 hours sleep a night. These really wake you uP and make you feel very sharp! But you should not take any other CAFFIENE drinks at the same time.

As for fat burning I can't really comment, but they are excellent appetite surpressors and I rarely eat in the evening now.

So all round an extremely good product, but you need to take them in small doses and be careful with them!!

Overall product is good and says what it does on the tin. Can honestly feel and see difference. Only downside is the sleep disorder side effect...12 hours in 4 days is not enough after 2 per day at 6am. I don't mean to discourage as product is generally good and sleeping difficulties might
