I like this product because it serves as a post exercise recovery drink as well as a source of fuel during exercise which saves having to prepare two drinks each time. Taste is also not too sweet.

Having used this product and the summer fruits one on 20k+ runs during the depths of winter, as well as a 6 day multi-stage Ultra Marathon in the sandy forests of SW France during the summer, I can honestly say it has been field tested and passed with flying colours. Would recommend one sachet to 750ml as I found the recommended dilution a bit too strong a flavour.

Have been through a wide range of energy drinks, and this is the ONLY one that works for me. Others give me muscle cramps, stomach upsets or just taste like s**t. I can drink this all day on a long sportive, and I genuinely feel the performance benefits. HIGHLY recommended!

Just started to push my cycling over the 50 mile routes this mix gives the energy requiered to get round without feeling drained,I have the citrus flavour which tastes better than expected. Very pleased with this purchase and will definatley be buying more when needed.

This stuff really is amazing! I recently rode 108 miles and finished feeling far fresher than i ever have done using other energy products, and then today i went out, and for the first 10 miles felt dreadful, to point where i considered turning round and going home. However, a good glug of 4:1 and i felt much, much better, completing 44 miles in total. The summer fruits version tastes great and mixes easily, though does have a tendency to froth up a bit. Would recommend to anyone - full marks from me!

Have used this since it was first brought out. Always easy on the stomach and very palatable. It does settle quite quickly at the bottom of the bottle, so would always recommend giving it a good shake.I often drink it the night before a race, so that I've not too much food in the system, but am still carbed up.It doesn't repeat on me either.

just completed John O'Groats to Lands End on a bike over 13 days and this tub was just the right amount to see me through, what a boost it gives you after drinking it. i had 3 or 4 x 500ml drinks a day.
i would definatley reconmend this product!!!!! +++++++++
