Excellent cycling energy drink

Palatable and very effective energy drink for endurance sports,particularly aimed at cycling, this plus the usual ration of bars and gels will hydrate you and give you the carbs and other nutrients to see you through from training to competing in your next event with ease. Highly recommended, particularly at the discount offered by dolphin, which undercuts all the specialist cycling suppliers.

A friend of mine (Team GB Triathlon) gave me a few sachets of High 5 to try. I ride a regular 30 mile training route and I can be a bit of a geek when it comes to clocking Time,Distance,Speed etc. Instaed of throwing my usual electrolite based drink into my bottles I used the High 5. I was immediately impressed as I seemed to maintain a slightly higher cadence and could put the power down for longer. I was amazed to look at my computer as I returned home to see I had PB'd on my usual route. I thought I was just having an on day, but my times remained consistent whilst I carried on using High 5. I am now a complete convert and won't put anything else in my bottles when on the bike. This really is 'go faster juice' that tastes great (tropical) and is easy on the stomach. Great to use as a quick fix to stop you bonking.
