High 5 Zero (20 Tablets)

Best price on the net for these and the high 5 zero will keep you going for ages keeps me hydrated well on my 15-20 mile rides I mix one tab in about 600ml of water and that seems about right for me, but I highly recommend this product.

The High 5 Zero tablets are invaluable if you are exercising regularly especially cardio. The berry and citrus flavour I can recommend especially the citrus, have not tried others. I find they encourage me to drink more fluids whilst spinning/running because they are palatable but also are replacing electrolytes which are essential for body cell function. I am sure they have contributed to my weight loss.

I'm a cyclist and when just drinking water on rides found I got cramps but one of these in each bottle and I've been fine. I much prefer the berry one.

Being a type 2 diabetic I was looking for a sports drink that would help prevent cramp but with a low sugar content, this is even better, it is zero sugar rated!

I found the taste is quite good (Berry flavour) and it works.

Dissolves easily, not a sweet taste quite refreshing and feels easier on the stomach than the gels when running. Recommend.

I've been buying these for a while now, but the manufacturers must have changed the recipe - they don't taste as good :-(

I used these tablets when i cycled across kenya for a charity cycle. Not only are they a great replacement product but it made the luke warm water taste so much better.

These tablets are good tasting, not too fizzy and I find they are a great low cal choice for keeping energy levels up whether cycling, trekking or long distance running.

Before using the High 5 Zero hydration tablets, I used to just put diluted juice in my gym bottle.

A friend of mine mentioned about these tablets, so I went online and done a bit of reading up on them. I found that these hydration tablets, have minerals etc that are lost has we sweat, and can prevent cramp. I thought that the Zero 5's would be more beneficial for me, than the diluted fruit juice that I have used previously.

Whether its beneficial to replace the minerals etc that we lose in sweat, that I don't know, but in my opinion, these are going to be more beneficial for me, rather than diluted fruit juice or just plain water.

I purchased the citrus flavour (green tube). I put 1 tablet into my 750ml water/gym bottle, and it gives me a lemon'y tasting flavoured water, not a strong taste, but pleasant and not sickly or artificial. When you see the ready made up hydration drinks, these can be very expensive, so with the Zero 5's been £5.49 for 20 tablets, thus giving you 20 bottles worth, the Zero 5's are excellent value.

One thing I will point out is:

When you first place the tablet into the water, they release quite a bit of fizz. I would recommend you making the water bottle up and leaving the top off of it, say for 45 minutes before you need it. I found that if the fizz isn't given enough time to dissipate, then it is possible that the water can seep out of the spout on your water bottle, due to the build up of the fizz.

All in all, I find the Zero 5's are an excellent value, nice tasting hydration tablet, that turns plain old water into something that is going to be more beneficial than either plain water or diluted fruit juice.

have tried the other flavours but couldn't bear the sweet sacahrine after taste, so much prefer the neutral flavour and it's great even in just water
