Very Disappointing - Vanilla

If it were not for the absolutely foul taste whilst drinking and left in your mouth after consumption, this might be a good product - cheap, plentiful and comprehensive of your nutritional needs for bodybuilding. However 3 shakes on it lives at the back of a cupboard for use in emergency only!
Try another flavour at your own risk, once its opened you cant get your money back so don't make the same mistake I did.
It does mix quite well though...
