Each serving of Lean Gainer contains 50 grams of high quality protein in combination with 50 grams of staggered glycemic carbs.
The protein is derived from ultra filtered whey protein concentrate, cross flow micro filtered whey protein isolate, micellar casein and glutamine peptides. The carbs are a strategic lend of maltodextrin, amylopectic and inulin. This comprehensive formula has een specifically designed to offer sustained protein and carbohydrate availability while also yeilding a balanced array of protein microfractions.
Not only does Lean Gainer supply a 1:1 protein to carbohydrate ratio, it also contains a customised array of plant and herbal extracts that includes beta ecdysterone, 7-methoxyisoflavone, corosolic acid, MCT's, tribulus, long jack and bioperine (black pepper extract). Directions
Mix 115g (3 scoops) of Lean Gainer with 500ml of milk, water or juice. May be consumed 1 to 3 times daily.
