Morph is an excellent supplement - great energy, strength and recovery booster with no stimulant fuelled insomnia. I've used it many times - to get the best out of these, take the full 9 tabs half an hour before you train and you'll be bouncing around the gym - the three phase delivery works well for me - 40 minutes into my workout I get an amazing second wind. Highly recommended.

really good product, iv only been taking them for nearly 3 weeks and my strengh has increased and also iv put 3lb on.
