The Kettler Nordic Cross Trainer combines the extended motion technology with a rope-pull system to provide effective exercise for virtually all muscle groups in the body. The long flat elliptical shape of the walking movement prevents strain on the joints because there is no shock when the foot meets the ground.
The rope pull system with the original LEKI grip loops also helps to tone the upper body muscles. The high quality drive and bearing technology, pendulum bearings in the disk joints and the 20kg flywheel mass ensure a perfect smooth movement.
