The Kettler Side Stepper is a compact but effective piece of equipment to help you increase your heart rate, at the same time strengthening your leg and thigh muscles. The training computer monitors time, step count and energy consumption.
It has 2 shock absorbers for even stepping resistance and has a sturdy steel tube frame. Built Measurements: L = 48cm, W = 33cm, H = 22.5cm.
