Kinetica Whey Protein (4.5 kg)

I had read some positive reviews about Kinetica and the price for the large bag is quite competitive. But mixing it to a consistency that doesn't have lumps or a gritty texture is quite difficult - even using a Kinetica shaker and following the instructions made no difference. I had been using PHD which mixes with no effort - this product required some frantic shaking just to get it to be drinkable. The protein level is fine but I have marked it down for usability.

i purchased banoffee flavour and it was not good...does not mix well at all and makes me gip when i drink it..

i like to mix protein powder in porrridge and this stuff wouldnt even do that.

This products mixes well and i don't get that bloated feeling, or see clumps in my protein shake. The flavor I picked was banoffee and it tastes great. I find that there are little bits, of toffee added with this flavor so don't confuse it with lumps of powder

Well, it's a simple whey protein with some added BCAA's so there isn't much room for any discussion about it efficacy. However, I would definitely not recommend the Chocolate flavour, as I found it quite disgusting. Didn't try the other flavours.

You may think this product is slightly overpriced, but at one scoop being 22g protein its excellent value. No lumps or that grainy feeling, mixes well using just a fork! Easily the best tasting protein and ive been through allot, and part of that is down to the easy to mix with water an not clump up. With mil i find it too think almost like a "frijj" drink, that might be a bonus for some.

As I aim to drink 2-3 shakes a day of protein, taste is an important factor to me, and this delivers. Choc mint tastes excellent and smells like After Eight mints! Fantastic delivery time and Dolphin Fitness are the cheapest by far! I would highly recommend this product and I will be definitely buying more.

I tried this make of protein for the first time as I felt like a change. I was very impressed. Good mixing and good tasting even in water.

Enjoyed the flavour of this very much, its actually enjoyable to drink. Have one scoop in the morning and keeps me going until lunchtime no problem. I'm using it as a meal replacement and dietary supplement more than a muscle builder, so can't really comment on its efficiency at building muscle as I'm not pumping iron down the gym. No bloating issues that I have had with some whey proteins.
